1 General Terms

This document governs the relationship between crix and the members who use its services. crix is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

These terms apply within the applicable legal framework. When you browse the crix website, create an account, or use any service, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using crix.

crix may change or amend these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to your registered email.

2 Eligibility and Account

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on crix and take part in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. crix may ask for a government-issued ID or other proof of age at any time.

Each person may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same name or from the same device is prohibited and will be treated as a punishable violation.

2.2 Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled and any balance in it being forfeited. Once registered, you must use a secure password and keep your login details confidential.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You are fully responsible for any transactions or activities carried out using your login details. If you suspect your account or password has been compromised, contact crix support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

crix follows an identity verification process to ensure the security of its services. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document before requesting a withdrawal or claiming a bonus. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

crix currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact crix support. If fraud or manipulation is found in any payment, the account will be closed immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. crix generally completes withdrawals within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Your account must be verified before you can submit a withdrawal request.

To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met. Withdrawing bonus funds is not permitted until wagering is complete.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, crix reserves the right to hold it for investigation. The balance of the relevant account may be temporarily frozen during the investigation. Failure to cooperate with the investigation may result in permanent account closure.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at crix, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and before withdrawing, wagering of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed against the bonus.

A bonus is not equivalent to cash. To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement (bonus amount × 20) must be met.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

crix runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as: crix Weekly Deposit Reward (50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), crix Friday Special Offer (30% bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 15x), Cricket Festival Bonus (75% bonus, up to ৳7,500, wagering 25x), Birthday crix Gift (up to ৳1,000, wagering 10x), and Refer a Friend crix Reward (up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x).

Each offer has its own terms and multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise. crix reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

4.3 VIP Programme

The crix VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week; Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Moving up to a higher tier depends on consistent activity on the platform.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets placed on crix are considered final, unless a technical error or data discrepancy is proven. crix reserves the right to cancel bets placed on incorrect odds or incomplete information. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections will stand as a reworked bet.

5.2 Gaming Fairness

crix casino games run on systems provided by established software developers. Results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated.

If a discrepancy is found in a game result due to a technical fault, crix will take appropriate action based on investigation. crix reserves the right to correct winnings or losses caused by technical errors.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout in a single session for certain games or betting events may be set separately. Amounts exceeding this limit will not be paid out. The specific limit can be found in the relevant game description.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering under multiple identities to take advantage of bonuses
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors
• Money laundering or conducting transactions with illegally obtained funds
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Using the crix system in a fraudulent manner
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of a third party
• Conducting activities on behalf of or jointly with minors

If any of the above violations are proven, crix may immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by crix

crix may suspend an account at any time without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns. The account balance will be frozen during the suspension. If the account holder is found to be at no fault after investigation, the account will be reactivated.

7.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the crix support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, provided no terms or ongoing investigation stand in the way.

If a self-exclusion request is made under the Responsible Gaming Policy, the account will be deactivated for the specified period. Requests to reopen during this time will not be accepted.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

crix collects, stores, and uses your personal information to improve service quality and ensure security. The detailed rules for how your data is used are clearly described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Your information is not sold to any third party. However, data may be shared with specific third parties for identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. In such cases, those third parties are also required to maintain the same level of privacy standards.

9 Limitation of Liability

crix always works to maintain the quality of its services. However, crix's liability is limited for losses arising from technical faults, internet disruptions, third-party software issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. crix will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

10 Changes and Amendments

crix may change, amend, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published. For significant changes, registered members may be notified by email.

Continuing to use the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms. If you object to any term, stop using the service and contact crix support.

The Bengali version of these terms is the operative version, and in the event of any difference with a translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
